How to Replace Cadillac Door Lights?

Here’s the 4pcs/set as they are packaged, along with a simple tool to help with the installation:

Inside eash anti-static bag are two light units. They are labeled L and R so you know which side to install them on (L is driver’s side, R is passenger).

Using the little tool, remove the OEM car door lights. Here it is removed from the bottom of the door. To remove the connector, you have to slide up the little white “lock: on the connector. Then you can disconnect it.

Here’s the new Cadillac Logo module installed. Just orrient the connector cable so the black lead matches the location of the black lead on the door wiring. To insert the new lamp, push the wiring into the door and put the forward portion into the opening. Use the little tool to press in the large tab on the back portion and push into the opening until it snaps into place.
